Hi, my name is Wén (雯Chloe). I’m a native Chinese speaker, and I’ve been teaching Chinese since 2009. I began my teaching journey in Beijing, and what started as a childhood dream has now become a path I’ve walked for over 15 years.

Over the years, I’ve taught students from many different backgrounds, both in offline classrooms and online. These experiences have taught me that every learner is different, and there is no single “right” way to learn a language.

I still remember my very first student. She was Japanese, and at that time I was a nervous beginner teacher. I’m deeply grateful for the patience she gave me. Even years later, that experience reminds me that learning Chinese is not a solo journey, but a shared journey of growth between the teacher and the student.

I truly love being a Chinese teacher. It has allowed me to see a wider world, meet people from different cultures, and better understand the power of communication and sincerity.

I believe strongly in teaching according to each student’s needs. This belief comes not only from teaching many learners, but also from my own experience as a language learner. I speak English, Japanese, and a little Thai, and I understand the challenges of learning a new language.
